Linda Quast, MS, MBA, PMP

Linda Quast is an educational professional, a lifelong learner — and an adrenalin junkie which is satisfied through a zest for life and pursuit of challenges! Beginning with an adventure-filled childhood on a cattle ranch in eastern Oregon, she sought continued adventure as a stock broker in New York, a grant writer for environmental cleanup projects in Washington State and an educational professional in San Diego. She has traveled extensively in Europe, and has visited several island nations globally where she has studied transcendental meditation as well as more traditional methods of mental and physical wellness. Her most recent career is as a senior partner in Quast Solutions, an organization that provides academic project management services to educational institutions seeking programmatic accreditation. Her focused work experience in the human services field includes serving on the advisory board of Living Waters, and prior service on the board of NOHS and other non-profit agencies. Her education includes an MBA with an emphasis in finance, an MS in Psychology, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) maintained since 2017. Her three adult children are currently in various stages of college education, and she and her husband are now enjoying the empty-nest stage of life pursuing their respective careers and adventures, while living a happy, fulfilling life with a puggle named Stanley.

Lyndsey Young, MA, LPC

Before I became a therapist, I learned by listening to others’ life experiences. As a child, I developed an affinity for people and their stories. First, there were the stories my grandparents told, followed by endless nights of heart-to-hearts with friends as I grew and matured. This long-felt passion for people translates seamlessly to the curiosity I bring to each greeting with a friend, meeting with a colleague, or session with a client.

I have a unique ability to connect with anyone, sincerely and often with humor, but always authentically. As a professional, I believe in the process of healing, and I have a strong drive to facilitate necessary growth and change in others. I genuinely believe people have the capacity to heal, grow and change.

At home, in my overly tidy house, there is always music playing and you can find my loyal husband and precious, but big, dog. Together we enjoy playing and exploring the outdoors as much as we do a night in with takeout and a movie.

JuLynn Ravenscraft, MC

JuLynn Ravenscraft has a masters degree in counseling and has worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years. She has a passion for helping others experience emotional health and gain physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Early in her career, JuLynn began working with individuals suffering from eating disorders. It was through this work that she developed a specialty in the issues of adolescent girls and women, along with her expertise in body image. She also has many years of experience teaching and coaching, helping women find their strengths and develop positive self-image. She has a heart for teaching and speaking, using warmth and creativity to interact with her audience.

JuLynn values her faith and her family. Her favorite way to spend her free time is with her husband and three children. Other favorite things include hiking in the mountains, dancing in a ballet studio, and drinking coffee just about anywhere.
